About the Author. Meet your Intrepid Scout and Guide, Dr. Fred Grover Jr. MD.
Fred is a passionate spiritual adventurer who explores the higher-dimensional shamanic realms of ancient sacred sites. Through meditations and plant medicines, he has intuitively connected to the energies of enigmatic locations and visualized alignments and activations that may benefit the balance of Mother Gaia. He is also the author of Spiritual Genomics, a guidebook with adventures that details how one can shift their DNA (epigenetically) in a positive way through nature and mindfulness to more optimal health.
Over more than a decade he has been called to place hundreds of crystals worldwide during his limited time off, and when at home he maintains a busy functional medicine practice in Colorado. His medical practice emphasizes mindfulness, spiritual balance, nutrition, prevention, and regenerative medicine to help individuals achieve optimal health and longevity.
In addition to other primary care services, he also offers sound healing, energy medicine, and psychedelic medicine (Ketamine therapy) in his office. He plans to add in psilocybin and MDMA therapy when legalized in Colorado as he sees the profound benefits of these molecules in helping people clear negative energies, connect to the higher realms, and move to a place of love for self, others, and the planet. He has two children in college and maintains a friendship of love and respect for his ex-wife.
He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, scuba diving, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing to commune further with nature.
Writing (including other books such as Spiritual Genomics) and photography are his creative outlets. Most importantly he lives a heart-centered life.
